You are responsible for your deductible and copays. Unfortunately, most insurance companies will not pay for educational evaluations.

The out-of-network fee for psychological evaluation is $150-$200 an hour. This includes the interview, test administration, scoring, report writing, and feedback session. Completing a comprehensive evaluation may range from 10-14 hours. We also offer a sliding scale and payment plans to meet your financial needs if necessary. 

We accept the following forms of payment: ACH Bank transfer, American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, or Visa. 

Custody evaluations require a $2,500 retainer for 10 hours. (Must be court-ordered)

Rush fees: $400 (7-10 days), $500 (3-5 days)
